Please note: the steps to create new items and add new purchase units are only applicable for users with a local inventory, where your inventory is managed by your store and not at the Director level.
Invoices add to your inventory, update your Count Unit what you pay for each item you count) You can create invoices regardless of whether you order through Craftable.
Some users have electronic invoicing as part of their package with Craftable. If you aren't sure if you have electronic invoicing just look under the Invoices section of your Craftable navigation bar, if you see "Vendor Item Mappings" and "Vendor Invoice Issues" showing, then you have Electronic Invoicing. Please see the second video below for this process. If you do not see these pages available you should watch the video below titled "Manual Invoicing Process".

Taking an Audit
You can take your inventory on the system by creating an audit on the system. You will learn how to create, complete and close an audit on the platform.
